Absolutely. We understand that some things are meant to be private and activities in this lifestyle can be frowned upon by others. As a result, orders are sent out in plain or USPS-branded packaging. Even better, the return address will be shown as "LKB LLC". That can stand for "Lyle's Knives and Blades", "Leslie Knows Best", or "Locks and Keys of Baltimore" in case someone asks about the package or the charge on your credit card. Just think of something clever before someone asks. ;-)

Delivery timeframes vary based on your order contents. We strive to process most orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Please note that USPS does not collect packages on Sundays, so orders placed late Friday may not enter the postal system until Monday afternoon.

As a U.S.-based business, we primarily ship via USPS with typical delivery times of 2-5 business days within the continental United States. Once packages are transferred to the postal carrier, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier but you will receive a shipment confirmation where you can track your order. International deliveries may require several weeks to arrive. For information about our international shipping destinations, please refer to our "What countries do you ship to" FAQ.

If you haven't received a shipment confirmation email after several days, please check your inbox and spam folder, as we may have contacted you regarding issues with your order that require resolution.

Based in the United States, we offer worldwide shipping to approximately 240 countries that accept mail from the U.S. postal system. We're committed to making our products available to customers globally wherever postal service connections exist.

Due to COVID and supply chain delays, some countries are not accepting packages from the United States. If your country is not listed in the Shipping Country dropdown then, sadly, we don't ship there.

Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs will vary.

That depends on what you are looking for. Many of our items are made for "real" people (petite, curvy, voluptuous, sexy, muscular, etc.) in sizes starting at Extra Extra Small (XXS) all the way to 4X and 5X. Certain products are sized up to 6X.

We have provided measurements of the hand-made and manufacturer-produced clothing on their respective product pages. We have been tweaking sizes to provide better fitting as we get newer shipments so we recommend checking the measurements of each product as they may differ slightly. As well, our sizes are unisex so a standard "women's" size Large may equate to a Small or Medium in our size. Likewise, a "men's" size Small might equate to a Medium in our size.

We use different manufacturers and, being an ABDL speciality shop, have most of our clothing items made with 2-way or 4-way stretch fabric to accommodate extra padding and conform to various body sizes and styles. As such, our sizes may be different than an industry standard "vanilla" size for a particular gender. We try to dissuade from using genders or gender labels so that our products can be enjoyed by anyone. As such, our sizes encompass a variety of body types and sizes without using gender-specific sizing and labels. Offering items for you to wear regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, or the way you identify yourself is something we're quite proud of.

To keep our prices affordable for everyone, we do not offer traditional returns. Unlike large retailers, we don’t have the ability to send merchandise back to a manufacturer—so all sales are final.

We strongly encourage you to check your measurements carefully before placing an order. Where applicable, product measurements are provided to help you find the best fit. If you're unsure about sizing or need help, please reach out before completing your purchase—we’re happy to assist!

All items are sold as-is and are non-returnable, so double-checking before you buy ensures the best possible experience.
